NetCOBOL for Windows
NetCOBOL for Windows is a superior COBOL compiler and development environment that allows you to create standalone COBOL applications and/or COBOL components for use with Microsoft® visual tools. NetCOBOL for Windows Version 10 runs on Windows® XP, Vista, Server 2003, Server 2003 x64 Edition and Server 2008.

The NetCOBOL Project Manager is a project-oriented development environment that provides integrated access to an editor, compiler (NetCOBOL), interactive debugger, execution environment, and other supporting tools. V9 added the option of using the Eclipse™ development environment as an alternative to the NetCOBOL Project Manager.
A sophisticated data file editor is also included. It supports all COBOL data file types and provides editing, conversion, printing, sorting, test data generation, reorganizing, and recovery facilities.

PowerCOBOL’s graphical development environment lets you use your COBOL expertise to efficiently build and execute complex GUI applications in the Microsoft® Windows® environment. PowerCOBOL simplifies the process of programming for Windows by abstracting Windows APIs to a higher level.

PowerForm
PowerForm also comes with NetCOBOL
PowerFORM is a WYSIWYG graphical form designer and layout tool for creating complex print forms. You can easily replace your traditional plain text reports with graphical COBOL reports. PowerFORM lets you design reports with graphical elements, color, and variable fonts and then print them on any laser or inkjet printer. It is closely integrated with NetCOBOL (previously called Fujitsu COBOL) so PowerFORM reports are defined and written using COBOL file handling syntax. In fact, programming for PowerFORM is almost identical to writing a regular print file.
